Day 1
Srinagar – Arrival, Transfer To Hotel, Evening Shikara Ride In Dal Lake
Departure from your home town airport.
Arrival at Srinagar airport . Collect your luggage, after the exit, outside, Meet and greet by the local driver/guide , transfer to hotel Asian Park or similar. Check in. It is the largest city and summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir.
After relaxation, we proceed to Dal Lake for the famous beautiful SHIKARA RIDE – the most famous place in Kashmir Valley where you can enjoy a Shikara ride in its gorgeous views and incredible surroundings.
Return to hotel .

Day 2
Srinagar – Gulmarg
Proceed on a Full day tour to Gulmarg, called as “Meadow of Flowers”, is a town, hill station, popular tourist destination, popular skiing destination , is located at a distance of 31 km from Baramulla and 49 km from Srinagar at an altitude of 8700 – ft. It also has the world’s highest 18 hole Golf Course. One Can go for the Gondola Ride up to 1st Phase (included) or if permitting (optional) upto 2nd Phase. The Gulmarg Gondola is a tourist attraction in itself. It is one of the highest cable cars in the world, reaching 3,979 metres. On the way we visit Tulip Garden. You cannot imagine the colours of tulips which are included in Indira Gandhi Tulip Garden Srinagar which opens in from mid of March up to last week of April (subject to the availability) ans often goes until May.
Wonderful experience in Tulip Gardens. Those who can’t visit Keukenhof garden in Netherlands, Holland, can opt this tulip garden of Srinagar.There are also countless off-piste possibilities through the beautiful Khilanmarg meadows on the foot of Mount Affarwat, which offer a scenic view of Nanga Parbat..
Free time for entertainment activities like Gondola ride, pony ride and skiing activities at your own cost. Later transfer to Srinagar.

Day 3
Srinagar – Sonmarg & Local Sightseeing
Morning leave for a full day trip to Sonmarg or Sonamarg, is a hill station located in the Ganderbal District of Jammu and Kashmir, It is located about 62 kilometers from Ganderbal Town and 80 kilometres northeast of the capital city, Srinagar, also called as “Meadow of gold” has its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh River that meanders through the Sonmarg valley abounds with trout & Mahaseer. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajwas Glacier(on own cost), Which is a major local attraction .
Later transfer to Sonamarg. Sona Marg has ancient importance because it was a gateway on the ancient Silk Road that connects Kashmir with China. It provides as a base camp for Ladakh and is militarily very important for India. In the winter, Sona Marg becomes a valley covered in white gold thereby living up to its name. Sona Marg or ‘meadow of gold’ and it is rightly called so with the enchanting beauty of flowery meadows, snow-clad peaks, glaciers and pristine lakes. The Sindh or Indus river meanders through the valley nourishing an exoticflora and dense forests of fir, pine and silver birch in its vicinity. On the way we pass the town of Kangan, Mammar, Gagangir near Sindhu river. After Sonamarg visit we will return back to Srinagar.
On the way we visit Hazratbal Mosque. The Hazratbal Shrine is a Muslim shrine in Srinagar contains the relic of Prophet Muhammad’s hair. The name of the shrine comes from the Fasi word Hazrat meaning “respected” and the Kashmiri word bal, meaning “place”. Thus it means the place which is given high regards and is respected among the people. This famous Muslim pilgrimage is located just opposite the Nishat Bagh on the banks of Dal Lake, reflecting its glory and holiness on the pristine water, built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan & Chashmashahi.
Time permitting also Visit Jamia Masjid, – is a mosque in Srinagar, Situated at Nowhatta in the Old City, the Mosque was commissioned by Sultan Sikandar in 1394 CE and completed in 1402 CE, at the behest of Mir Mohammad Hamadani, son of Mir Sayyid Ali Hamadani,

Day 4
Srinagar – Pahalgam
Today full day visit to Pahalgam – is a hill station in the north Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. Mountain trails run northeast to Amarnath Cave Temple, a Hindu shrine and site of the annual Amarnath Yatra pilgrimage. Overa Aru Wildlife Sanctuary is home to animals including brown bears and musk deer. Northeast, the Lidder River runs through scenic Betaab Valley. Pahalgam called as “Valley of Shepherds”. Pahalgam is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidder River, Pahalgam (2,130 m) was once a humble shepherd’s village with breathtaking views. Full day free to enjoy and explore the Beauty of “Pahalgam”. One can go to Chandanwari (16 Kms) which is starting point of Amarnath Pilgrimage “The Abode of Shiva”, Aru (10 kms from Pahalgam) has a fine meadow of picturesque scenery and starting point of trekking of (Liddarwat, Kolahoi Glacier & Trsar Lake) & Betaab Valley.
ARU VALLEY: It is located around 12 km from Pahalgam, 11 km upstream from the Lidder River. Noted for its scenic meadows, lakes and mountains, it is a base camp for trekking to the Kolhoi Glacier and Tarsar Lake.
BETAAB VALLEY: It’s situated at a distance of 15 kilometers from Pahalgam. The valley got its name from the Sunny Deol– Amrita Singh hit debut film Betaab. The valley surrounded by lush green meadows, snow clad mountains and covered with dense vegetation. Betaab Valley is a very popular touristic destination.
CHANDANWARI: Situated 16 km from Pahalgam, is the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra, which takes place every year in the month of Sawan (Rain). It is famous for snow sledging on a snow bridge.
After lunch we transfer to Srinagar and en-route view the Saffron fields at Pampore, Avanthipura Ruins and Apple Gardens( If time permits). Avanthipura Ruins, an ancient Vishnu temple site with huge columns, carved pillars and arches. Two massive columns with figurines of Devi, Devathas and the royal family of Avanthiverma etched in those carvings
welcome you to this huge heritage site. It was first damaged by an earthquake and further destroyed and looted during Mughal and British era. There are depictions of goddess Lakshmi, Garuda, Navagrahas on the columns.

Srinagar – local Sightseeing .. Shopping Return home
Morning local sightseeing of Srinagar,
Begin your day with the visit of Shankaracharya Temple, it is dedicated to the Hindu god, Shiva. The temple is at a height of 1,000 feet (300 m) above the valley floor and overlooks the city of Srinagar. The temple has around 243 steps that allow the pilgrims to visit the shrine and offer their prayers in the temple. Devotees believe that the temple was built in 200 BC by the Mauryan Prince Jaluka
Continue the sightseeing, Visit Mughal Gardens also known as Shalimar Bagh, Shalimar Gardens . These gardens are home to a variety of trees, plants, herbs, flowers and especially Chinar tree that enhance their beauty and most of the gardens are made in the Persian style of architecture as Mughals were highly impressed by it. The lawns follow the same pattern due to having sparkling pools, gushing water stream, properly manicured trees and paved paths, etc. Most of these gardens in Kashmir are snuggled along the banks of rivers or lakes providing a gateway to the paradise on earth.
On time for your flight, transfer to airport, fly back home.

Rates are valid for Indian citizens only. Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘Tour Includes’ Column will be applicable. The rate is calculated in such a way that 20 people are travelling in one vehicle and if the number of people will decrease, the rates also will be different. For single passenger travelling in the road trip have to share a room either on twin or triple sharing basis with others depending on the booking. If we do not have another single passenger to share the room single supplement charge will be chargeable. Any up gradation of room category will be extra. Tour tariff is based on departure from Cochin, unless specifically mentioned. Tourists also can board from other places other than Cochin for their interest, then the rates also will be different. Any private transfers taken to move from one place to another in different vehicle and any add-on sightseeing/ sightseeing done twice/activities along with transfers other than mentioned in the tour itinerary will also be extra. Standard Check in hotels 1400 hrs. and check out timings are 1200 hrs., which may vary as per local rules. GnS Leisure Travels reserves the right to postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised, without assigning any reason. In this case, amount paid by the passengers will be refunded in full and no compensation claim will be entertained. Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to change / modify / vary and alter the tour itinerary. In such changes, compensations or claim for refund by the passengers will not be entertained by the company for limitation and also for the non-availability of certain services with entry tickets, restaurants, sightseeing etc. even though it included in the tour itinerary. Unused services for transfers, tours & hotel accommodation are not refundable at any circumstances. The tariff of the tour is calculated as per the prevailing rates at the time of quoting it and the Company reserves the right to change the tariff in special event /modification / alteration / change / variation in the said rates before the date of departure. Company takes care to select hotels and book the same on behalf of tourists at convenient locations subject to availability. In case of non-availability of rooms in same hotel, company has the right to split the accommodation in different hotels.
Air conditioning, central heating and other facilities are provided by the hotels depending upon various factors including weather / climatic conditions, local systems, tour type, etc. as a Travel House / the Tour Operator, the company does not have any control over hotels, transport or any other facilities, provided by the third parties and the company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. Also please note that the company does not have any control on schedules of opening and closing timings of the tourist attractions. Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or vehicle during your travel shall be payable by the passengers and GnS Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd will not be held responsibility for the same. The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for changing the route due to any unforeseen circumstances, strikes, forced majeure instances, natural calamities, political disturbances, road blocks, containment zones due to COVID-19 pandemic, for any damages, loss, delay, breakdown or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the road trip. Management reserves the right to claim extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, injury, death, hospitalization or any Individual unforeseen expenses like quarantine expenses and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers. Any amendments, cancellation after reconfirmation will be subject to cancellation / amendment charges as per the hotels and other service providers’ terms and conditions. In the event of a dispute or indifference between the parties, the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in the competent court/forum /tribunal in Ernakulam only.
