• Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Tour Package Inclusions”.
• Any expenses incurred on extra transport, apart from the ones covered in the package.
• Room service &additional meals. Medical & Travel insurance.
• Please contact for any water sports activity avoid Touts/Agents and be safe While on tour. Water sports (scuba dive, parasailing, water scooter, snorkeling, and sea walk Etc.)
• Itinerary may change without prior notice for reasons beyond our control such as bad Weather, natural calamities flight or ferry / rescheduling / cancellations.

Hotel rooms are subject to availability, on verbal confirmation rooms will be blocked (if available) for two days. In case of nonpayment of booking advance (which is 50%) the rooms will automatically be released after two days. The itinerary is tentative, the days and timings may be changed depending upon the ferry and boat availability. If some of the museums stated in the first day of the itinerary remains unvisited due to lack of time then we will try to cover those on the last day but if due to lack of time or museum holiday if some museum remains unvisited even after the last day of the tour period then there will not be any reimbursement. Most of the museums, Ross Island, Redskin/Jollybouy and Baratang remains closed once in a week and on certain public holidays and its is client’s responsibility to check and consult if their schedule is such that they are able to visit all the places. All guests who are visiting Havelock whether for day trip or overnight trip are required to carry their ID Proofs. All guests are requested to come out of the Airport where our representative will be waiting with a placard. We would request you to carry change of clothes/towel and mineral water always with you while on tour. Do carry comfort clothing while in Andaman – Shorts/ T-Shirts/ Open-footwear/ Cap/ Sunglasses and sun lotion. Breakfast is not included on day of arrival and the hotels will charge extra for the same if asked for. Please intimate and check your breakfast and lunch time at the hotel, you may have to skip some complimentary breakfast or paid lunch at the hotel due to the sightseeing/tour timings. All hotels in Andaman have an early check out time and late checkout is subject to availability. At Havelock since the ferry departs only at noon guest could relax and unwind on the beach. The snorkeling trip to Wandoor happens either at Jolly Bouy or Red Skin depending on the permit issued by the Forest Department; we do not have any control over the same. The vehicle provided is only for pick up and drop or as per itinerary any extra usage will be chargeable extra. All the activities at Andaman begin at specific time and the vehicle would arrive at the allotted time as informed by our representative. Request you to please be ready at the time allotted. Please note that you are visiting a place which has limited facilities and therefore you may have some inconvenience although we would try our best to make your tour hassle free.
