Tour tariff is based on departure from Cochin, unless specifically mentioned. Tourists boarding flights at places other than Cochin have to pay the entire airfare difference and bear and pay any other additional expenses including airport transfers, hotel stay etc. on that account.
Optional tours, Govt. Service tax, anything not mentioned in the 'Cost Includes' section like mineral water, porterage, telephone expenses, deviation, additional visa fees owing to rejection of visa, or visa re-submission expenses, any increase in the tour rates due to fluctuations in airfare, taxes and foreign exchange, visa fees, visa / passport collection by an agent outside Kerala on Fast Track, Internal USA flight baggage charges etc.. If the visa has not been procured and full payment is not done as per the confirmation letter within the stipulated time period, any increase in the cost will be borne by the passengers. Therefore please book early and complete the formalities and payment of the tour to avoid additional costs.
For cancellations effected after confirmation of hotels, cruises, air ticket, sightseeing, packaged tour, any refund is subject to the rules and regulations of the concerned airline/hotel/tour operators abroad. Embassies do not refund the visa fees and processing charges. All cancellations must be received in writing during the office working hours. Telephone & email intimation will not be considered for cancellations. If the payments are not made as per the required date given to you, not only the hotel/ticket etc. gets canceled and the amount so far paid if any will also be automatically forfeited as the tickets, hotels and other arrangements made are non refundable. Please be notified that the entry to America, UK, Canada, Europe, South Africa, Australia etc. is fully at the discretion of the Immigration authorities, and we the tour operator are only coordinators, and cannot be held responsible for their action and the consequences thereof.

Rs.25000/- to be paid as non refundable advance with registration and passport copies. Balance amount is payable 45 to 90 days prior to departure date as per the confirmation letter. The foreign exchange portion must be paid to the tour operator abroad at the cost applicable on the date of payment, including the taxes and transaction charges. Passengers who need to stay back after the tour or want to travel in advance, before the tour, need to be ticketed as individual passengers, and group rates may not be applicable. Any deviation or date change penalty is payable as per the ticket issuing date and availability - this has to be done at the time of booking the tour itself and payment to be done accordingly, as seats cannot be held indefinitely. Once the group ticket is issued as per group rate, for any amendment, extra cost is applicable. Any or all changes must be given in writing in the Registration form itself.
For Single passenger, without family, you will share a room either on twin or triple sharing basis (Roll away bed) depending on the booking. If we do not have a single person like you, then you will have to take the single supplement with an additional cost.
Minimum 10 persons required to fly from Trivandrum/Calicut/Chennai Airports. Minimum operating strength is 30 persons.
Tour cost is based on minimum 40 passengers travelling together in the group. If there is a drastic fall in the number, then the offered meal plan, vehicle and other services may change accordingly.
As a Travel House / Tour Operators, the company does not have any control over Airlines, Coach Companies, Shipping Companies, Hotels, Local Transport or any other facilities, provided by the third parties. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. Also please note that the company does not have any control on schedules of opening and closing timings of the tourist attractions. In computerized reservation system of Airlines seats once reserved cannot be changed. Tour participants will have to travel by the same seat provided by Airline.
Mainly the passports including the old ones, with specified photographs, Bank statement for the past 6 months on a regular basis with sufficient amount at the time of submission, 3 years IT Chellan, and or pension papers, fixed deposit receipts and any other financially viable documents which proves the financial guarantee and stability of the passenger. All documents must be in original and the onus of proving that the passenger is a genuine tourist to the respective consulate is the responsibility of the passenger. For all tours, to obtain the Tourist visa, fully paid confirmation voucher of the hotels/tour as well as air/cruise/train tickets are a must. Documents and passport must be handed over to GnS 75 Days prior to departure date, since the U K & Schengen Visa processing takes 40 – 50 days and thereafter, ticketing, we must start 100 days prior to departure date failing which the passengers will have to pay, additional charges.

For all claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tour marketed / coordinated by GnS Leisure Travels Pvt. Ltd., the court in Ernakulum alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
